What we can and can’t do
We can help you back into an account you own, and we can answer questions about what Mereka Cards holds about you.
We can’t recover a lost withdrawal link for a connection: we never keep the link itself, so nobody — including us — can look it up. And we can’t erase somebody else’s details on the strength of a card or a screenshot, because whoever holds a card can produce both.
Before you write
If you’ve forgotten your password, ask for a reset link — it is usually faster than we are. If you want a copy of your data or want to close your account, both are on your account page once you are signed in.
